WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH MONTHLY COLLECTION? Each monthly collection is kept a secret until the big reveal after all packages are shipped out. Every monthly collection contains at least 2 x full-sized makeup items, and 1-2 medium sized skincare/bath/body items (no sample sizes here, ever!). The medium-sized products are big enough to last multiple uses so you can make sure the formulations are effective for you, and then you can purchase full-sizes of your favorites.
WHAT IS THE VALUE OF EACH MONTHLY COLLECTION? While the price of each monthly collection is extremely affordable for luxury green beauty, the value of each collection if purchased at retail prices are up to total $100 or higher per monthly collection. This means significant savings for you with a subscription-based model versus offering products for individual sale.

WHAT ARE YOUR INGREDIENTS? Since TERI MIYAHIRA BEAUTY is a hybrid subscription service and stand-alone beauty brand, we are unable to publish full ingredients lists on our website prior to box releases (so that the monthly collections are kept a surprise for our members). However, for those with allergy/sensitivity concerns, a list of ingredients by formula/category can be found by clicking here. Rest assured that all ingredients are all-natural and naturally derived (such as essential oils), as well as dye-free, vegan and cruelty-free (no animal derived ingredients, no palm oil). If you follow Teri Miyahira on her green beauty blogging, you are probably familiar with the brands that she personally loves to use on herself and the brands that she personally buys. All products by TERI MIYAHIRA BEAUTY are formulated without: synthetic preservatives/fragrance/parabens/chemicals, palm oil, carmine, animal-derived squalane, phthalates, acrylics, formaldehyde, mineral oil, talc, triclosan, bismuth oxychloride, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, FD&C dyes, silicone, petrolatum ... the list goes on and on.
WHEN DO I GET BILLED? If you sign up for a monthly collection subscription, you will be billed on the 1st of every month to receive the next collection.

WHY ARE MAKEUP ITEMS NOT AVAILABLE FOR INDIVIDUAL PURCHASE? While all skincare items are available in full-sizes for individual purchase, all TERI MIYAHIRA BEAUTY color cosmetics are limited-edition every month. That means if you are unable to sign up for a box, the products in that box will not be available for purchase at a later date. Any overstock products on hand will be available for individual purchase, although it is not guaranteed if any overstock will be left over. So make sure to sign up for your subscription box so you are guaranteed to receive a box each month!

Please note that you are responsible that your correct shipping address is in our system by the 19th of each month in order for us to guarantee that we use the correct address for your package. HOW DOES PRICING AND RENEWAL CHARGES WORK? The price of each month's collection is a fixed-price (based on your location). All US-based addresses have the same price, all Canada addresses have the same price, etc. You will be automatically billed monthly on the 1st of each month in order to secure your shipment of the next month's collection.
WHEN DO SUBSCRIPTION BOXES SHIP OUT? Subscription boxes are shipped out approximately the 27th of the month. Delays in shipments such as natural disasters, USPS mail service, and other factors outside of our direct control can delay box shipments. We try our best to be on-target with a shipping date of the 27th each month, but sometimes we are a few days early (or a few days late) depending on the circumstance. We appreciate your patience!
ARE THERE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES OR OTHER HIDDEN CHARGES? No hidden charges, ever! We pay for your sales tax, and shipping is Free for the USA (please see international shipping rates upon checkout). Please read our SHIPPING policy here before placing your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION? Of course! You can cancel at anytime by emailing email@example.com directly. Cancelations must be made before the 25th of each month, otherwise the next month's collection will be automatically billed to your account on the following 1st of the month and shipped to you.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE? A tracking number is automatically emailed to you when boxes are shipped out approximately the 27th of each month. It can take up to 2-3 weeks for your package to arrive after your box has been shipped, based on your location and shipping delays from carriers. If your tracking number has been idle for more than 5 business days, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can work together to make sure your package arrives to you safe and sound.
MY PACKAGE IS MISSING A PRODUCT/DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY, HELP! If your package is missing a product or damaged upon delivery, please contact email@example.com and we will take care of you via replacement product!
I GOT CHARGED TWICE, HELP! Double charging (for the monthly renewal charge) only happens if there are 2 accounts associated with your name. If you accidentally signed up for a box twice (such as signing up this month, then signing up again next month), our system will create a separate account. Simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can close any duplicate accounts and we will refund you for the duplicate charge. Easy!
WHAT ARE THE MANUFACTURING PRACTICES USED WITH YOUR PRODUCTION PARTNERS? All of our laboratories and manufacturing partners of our makeup and skincare/body products are based in North America, being 100% cruelty-free (no animal testing of ingredients or finished product in any part of the production chain). Our manufacturers are also ethical and value-driven businesses, offering fair wages to employees, and even going as far as being environmentally conscious by minimizing carbon footprint through the use of hydro-electricity to power their factories! This is why luxury and high-quality products come at a higher price tag, due to the higher production costs of the products themselves when using manufacturers who also run high-quality businesses.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE? All of our makeup and skincare/body products are made using manufacturers in the USA and Canada! The reason we use various manufacturers is because each has their own speciality. For example, our pressed powder makeup manufacturer is different from our skincare manufacturer. It's more work for us to use multiple manufacturers for production (and it's a higher price to split up our production this way), but it ensures that we are creating the highest quality products in their respective categories. We want to utilize the strengths of each partner we work with.
